I have been a snack-a-holic for as long as I can remember, the term ‘grazer’ was definately invented to describe my eating habits, as I can nibble all day and would prefer to do that rather than sit down to 3 meals a day. If anyone’s hand is going to be caught in the cookie jar, I can guarantee it will be MINE!
How someone like me has managed to lose 28Kg, is still quite a mystery, but I do think a little about what I snack on, just not obsess about it. I think release of feeling guilty everytime I pop a chocolate in my mouth has made a huge difference. I have not followed any specific diet, just gone with the flow and increased my amount of movement (aka – less time on the couch, even when I am reallllllly tired)

Pick one and savour every little bit, pretend if you have too that you actually ate the whole packet. A yummy snack regularly also helps to keep the metabolism moving and helps you to stop feeling like you are missing out on all the fun……
