You have scrubbed and rubbed your shower screen to perfection, and then someone comes along, takes a shower and it looks as though it has never was cleaned in the first place! The good news is that you can have that freshly cleaned look, everyday with just a tiny bit of effort.
Now I will admit I am a bit of clean freak, but I do like to make things as easy as possible as I don’t want to spend anymore time than necessary on keeping things ship shape. A small investment of a squeegee, is a magic cure, for dirty shower blues.
Start by giving your shower a good clean to remove built up soap scum. Then everyday whoever is last in shower, just simply uses the squeegee to wipe down the screen. Soap scum no longer sits on the glass, and the chemicals in our water are not damaging the glass. You are left with a clean screen everyday that is an absolute joy to look at. I only scrub my showers about once a month now, out of habit more than anything else. My squeegee is about 20cm wide, but any size will do, just don’t get one that is too small that it takes forever to do the job.
A little effort everyday, saves lots of work on cleaning day. ENJOY!
